Full Deck Challenge 2025 / 5 (dark green)

Hello, here is my next deck card share for the 2025 Full Deck Challenge. This time the theme is “dark green”.

I used a paper gifted by Yuna on the background, as well as a gelli printed paper (I used Rubber Dance stamps for that). In addition I used my constant (a date stamp) and some old Sassafras alphabet stickers. The label sticker is something I took from previous deck into this one.

Then I added a stamped word (Rubber Dance stamps) and a word sticker, some yarn and two fodder pieces that originate from my last year´s 100 day challenge. I fiinished the background with a Edding glitter brush pen in green.

Here is the video for you to watch:

I am enjoying this challenge very much! Not too much pressure, as it´s only one a week.

Happy crafting,

AJ page with Distress Inks and glitter pens – Rubber Dance

Hello everyone! It´s again time for another Rubber Dance project share. I am up with a life quote themed art journal page share today. For this page I used the Wheels stencil, Loose Florals 2024, Mix It Up 6 and Mixed Sentiments 1 stamp sets.

I started by pressing misted Distress Ink (picked raspberry) with an acrylic block directly onto the background. Next I took the Wheels stencil and applied candied apple Distress Ink thru the stencil onto the background. I then grabbed the Mix It Up 6 stamp set script stamp and added stamping to the background with a light gray stamp ink.

After that I stamped the flowers with the Loose Florals 2024 stamp set onto white paper and colored them with alcohol markers and glitter pens. Then I stamped the leaves, using the same stamp set, onto blue paper and added some glitter pen details onto them. I also added some Gloss Spray splatters in turquoise onto the background for interest. I then adhered the leaves, the black and white stamped couple and the flowers onto the page.

After that I wanted to add a quote to the page and found a suitable one. I partly stamped the words – using the stamps from the Mix It Up 6 set – and wrote the rest by hand. I finished the quote with a stamped sentiment from Mixed Sentiments 1 set at the very bottom. I still felt like the page needed some more details, so I stamped the black splodges using the Grungy Butterflies stamp set and also added some stamped grey numbers here and there. This stamp is part of the Mix It Up 6 stamp set.

Do you use quotes in your art journals? I love adding them to my pages. I hope I could inspire you to play in your journal today! Have fun!

Stenciled gelli print cards with butterfly fodder – Rubber Dance

Hello, I am up over at Rubber Dance blog with a bold and colorful card set featuring the Butterflies and Moths stamp set and the Wheels as well as the Leaves 2 stencils.

For these cards I first created gelli printed background papers with Wheels and Leaves 2 stencils and acrylic paints. Next I took a more plaint gelli printed paper and stamped the Butterflies and Moths stamp images with black ink onto it and fussy cut the images. I then used these images as centerpiece on the cards. The sentiments on the cards are made with the Mixed Sentiments #1 stamp set.

For this card I used strips of the gelli printed paper with old book page strips.

This card has a full gelli printed Leaves 2 image as background and plenty of butterfly fodder as a centerpiece.

On this card I used a piece of a gelli print with a Wheels stencil image.

For the last card I used another piece of a Wheels gelli print image and added a longer sentiment to accompany the butterfly fodder.

Here is a video how I created the gelli prints and the on the end of the video you can see the piece I used for the butterfly fodder:

I hope you get inspired by this idea. I wanted to use bold colors on these prints, but if that is not your cup of tea, just change the paint colors to something else and have fun printing!!

Happy crafting,
Sanna
