STAMPlorations April Anything Goes Challenge

Hello everyone! It´s again time to share the STAMPlorations April “Anything Goes” challenge with you!

For this months challenge I´ve created a card using the Ephemera Edges Collage paper as my card background paper. On top of that I´ve added plenty of stenciling thru various STAMPlorations stencils from my line there ( Lattice, Leaves 2, Clustered Hearts and Tapestry). On top of the stenciled ink layers I´ve also added a light pink texture paste layer thru one more stencil (Leaves 1).

The sentiments are “Hey Sunshine” clear stickers from the STAMPlorations collection and I´ve matted them onto inked paper strips to make them stand out more from the background. The flowers are hand drawn from my 100 day project back in 2024 (watch the video here).

As always, you can use my discount code for your puchases at the STAMPlorations store:

I hope you join in with us on this months challenge! You can read about how to play along over here and the challenge rules are listed here. Happy crafting and see you at STAMPlorations challenges!!!

New ATC spring projects – STAMPlorations

Hello everyone! STAMPlorations has some gorgeous new ATC fronts out. I´ve created some cards with the new ATCs:

I started by creating gelli prints with ARTplorations stencils “Molecules”, “Evolution” and “Art Flowers 2” and my Gelli Arts gel plate. I used those collage papers as card backgrounds.

For the first card I created a cluster with Ephemeral Edges collage paper, a Retro Femme ATC and some green burlap. For additional decor I used white half pearls and STAMPlorations clear stickers.

The second card also has a gelli printed collage paper background and a stamped sentiment (Hello You stamp set). As a centerpiece I used the gorgeous Whimsical Homes ATC card. Decorated with small white half pearls on each edge.

For the last card I´ve used another gelli printed collage paper as a background. As a centerpiece a Color Me Spring ATC butterfly card. I´ve also added a strip of Ephemeral Edges collage paper to the ATC and some clear stickers. As a decor element, again some white half pearls here and there. I also added some stamping to the collage paper with Distress Oxide Inks and Art Marks 3 stamp set.

I loved creating cards with these ATCs! They are sturdy 325 gr paper, so you could use them various purposes. And the designs and colors are just dreamy!!

Like always, you can use my discount code at the store:

Happy crafting, shopping and happy Spring!!!!

STAMPlorations – March challenge reminder with a stenciled uplifting card

Just a quick heads up for you guys, that there is still time to joint the STAMPlorations “Anything Goes March challenge“!

As an inspirational project, I´ve created a card using the Shine Bright stamp set to create the light bulbs. I´ve also created the background using a STAMPlorations stencil – however they are not quite yet available for purchase.

I first added some yellow and orange Distress Oxide Ink thru the stencil onto the white cards background. Next I stamped the light bulbs with black ink onto an orange paper and then added some details with metallic gel pens to them.

Onto the background I then stamped some hearts with black ink. The sentiment is from the same stamp set, too.

I hope you join us and play along & also get inspired by my take. Please make sure to play by the rules (listed here). And have fun!!

Happy creating,
xx, Sanna

Ephemeral Edges collage papers – STAMPlorations, Vol. 3

Hello everyone! Here is one more set of projects, created with the new STAMPlorations collage papers. I used the gorgeous Ephemeral Edges set and love the papers!

I started by adding gelli printing onto the collage papers. I first used blue paint with the Fanned Artplorations stencil, then added some yellow and white paint to create a second print and added those to the papers.

Next I added stamping with Distress Oxide Inks and the Art Marks 3 stamp set and some hand painted half oval with a Posca pen. Also some Gansai Tambi golden splatter took part on the background play.

On top I added some stamped and fussy cut butterflies (Trendy Butterflies 2 stamp set). I stamped them on a pink patterned paper with brown ink and added some pink Distress Oxide Ink to the edges of their wings. For finishing touches I added some pink half pearls and a clear sticker sentiment from the New Day sticker set.

The collage papers come as a pack of 3 different designs, but you can also buy the collage papers in bundles, where you get more 3 different sets of designs in a bundle and for less money. Take a look at your options here.

Ephemeral Edges collage papers – STAMPlorations, Vol. 2

Hello everyone and happy Sunday! Here is another project I created using the new STAMPlorations collage papers – playing with Ephemeral Edges.

This time I created a set of Artist Trading Cards. I started by wiping some gesso and gel medium onto each of the bases. Let that layer dry and sprayed green spray ink on top. The areas treated with the medium made a little resist effect. On top I stamped with Distress Oxide Inks and Art Marks 3 stamp set.

Next I layered a strip of the collage paper into the middle of each card. On top some white gel paint details. Then I stamped with the Bloom Doodles stamp set onto the pink and purple areas of the collage paper to create the flowers. The leaves are done the same way, just on green paper areas. I fussy cut the elements and added some golden pigment to the flowers and a half pearl. For finishing touches I used some clear stickers (New Day) for sentiments.

I love the versatility of these papers. You can use them for whatever projects you prefer. Cards, tags, journals, altered art, pockets, scrapbooking, making DIY embellishments etc.

Here is a short video of the collage paper pack:

There are 9 different designs of these papers available at the STAMPlorations store. And they are now also on offer as sets or bundles. But you can also buy them as single packs, starting from March 15th. Check out the store and blog for more details.

Happy crafting,

STAMPlorations March “Anything Goes”-Challenge

Hello everyone! It´s again time for another STAMPlorations monthly challenge. March theme is “Anything Goes“.

I made a set of Artist Trading cards for this challenge. My bases are from the Watercolor ATC Ephemera pack. On top I added some clear stickers from the Newsprint Background Bits #1 set. On top of that layer I used the Art Marks 3 clear stamps with black stamp ink as well as Distress Oxide Inks in greens and red tones.

On top of those stamped images I added some stenciling with brown Distress Oxide Ink thru a STAMPlorations stencil. As a focal point I stamped some leaves (Art Marks 3 stamp set) with Distress Oxide Ink and fussy cut them. Adhered as a focal point to each ATC I then decorated them with some half pearls and a stamped sentiment from the Shine Bright stamp set.

Ephemeral Edges collage papers – STAMPlorations

Hello and happy Wednesday! Today I am sharing a mixed media tag that I created with the new STAMPlorations ephemeral edges collage papers.

I´ve used a manila tag as my starting point with some added spray inks on the bottom part. On top I added stamping with STAMPlorations Art Marks 3 clear stamp set and Distresss Oxide Inks. On top I added a strip of Ephemeral Edges paper, some Gloss Spray splatters and embellishments. The sentiment is from the STAMPlorations clear sticker set called “New Day”.

I love making this kind of mixed media tags! And the new collage papers are a perfect match for this kind of projects. Ephemeral Edges is one of the 9 stunning packs included in The Artistic Crafter’s Collage Papers Anthology, vol. 1.

STAMPlorations – Pop Art Unicorns, Vol. 2

Hello! Here is another Pop Art Unicorns STAMPlorations paper pack project share.

This is the set I worked with:

The first one is a quick and easy to make minibook. Binded with a Cinch and the cover is from the unicorn paper pack. They are thick cardstock, so they work great as book covers too. I´ve added some Stickles for sparkle and foam alphas for a fun sentiment. The binding is decorated with colorful ribbons to add a fun detail to the minibook.

For the above card I´ve used the “Clustered Hearts” die cut die. I´ve saved the smaller hearts and adhered those to the right upper corner of the card. The sentiments is from a clear sticker set called “Shine Bright”. I outlined the hearts to lift them from the background. Also the unicorn has some Stickle details here and there for sparkle.

For the last card I´ve also used a clear sticker on a pink cardstock piece as part of the sentiment. The word die cut die I´ve used is called “Smile“. I outlined the word with a black pen to lift it more from the background. Additionally I adhered a few rhinestone arrows for sparkle.
