STAMPlorations 13th birthday celebration – DAY 2

Hello and welcome to DAY 2 of the STAMPlorations 13th birthday celebration!!

For this days project I used following NEW PRODUCT: the Henna Pattern stencil and the Profile 2 stencil. The card also features older product: the Mixed Media Grunge stamp set and the Sweet Cravings stamp set´s sentiment.

I first placed the Profile 2 stencil onto a white card base, then directly inked with various yellow and pink/red and brown toned Distress Oxide Inks thru the stencil creating a multi-colored face image. I also used the same ink tones to add some random stamping to the hair using the Mixed Media Grunge stamp set. I then went on to outline the image with a black pen along the stencil lines. After that I used a light green Distress Oxide Ink tone with the Henna Pattern stencil to add details to the background. Finally, I finished the card with a Sweet Cravings set stamped sentiment.

Here is peek into the new stencils:

STAMPlorations 13th birthday celebration – Day 1

Hello and welcome to the STAMPlorations 13th birthday celebration week!! Let´s get the party started with DAY 1!!

This is my take for the first day. A very pink toned card featuring Big Cupcakes Colorables and the Old Letters Pocket Backdrops paper from the NEW PRODUCTS and also used the Mixed Media Grunge stamp set and the Sweet Cravings stamp set.

I first inked the Old Letters Pocket Backdrop paper with two different pink tones of Distress Oxide inks. Then I added some stamping on top with Mixed Media Grunge stamps. After that I inked the edges with brown Distress Oxide Ink for depth. The paper is mounted on a pink card base. I then colored the cupcake image with alcohol markes and stamped the sentiment with Sweet Cravings stamp set. I mounted the image and the sentiment on place and added some garn underneath and that was it.

Wish you the best – STAMPlorations May challenge reminder

Hello everyone! Today I am stopping by to remind you of the current STAMPlorations May challenge. It is still possible to join in on the fun and submit your creations!!

Just go HERE and play along!!

I used a gelli printed collage paper (made with Onions in Raws stencil and a gel plate) to stamp the FEATHERY stamp images onto it with black ink.

For a strong contrast I used a dark blue cardstock to adhere the fussy cut feathers on. A simple stamped sentiment (from the same stamp set) added on white paper with some enamel hearts finishes the card off.

I like the clean and simple look of this card. Now is your turn. Make sure to follow the rules (read here) and submit your take latest 30th of May to be eligible for prizes. Also, don´t forget to have fun creating!!!

STAMPlorations April challenge reminder – there is still time to join!

Hi there! This is a quick reminder that the STAMPlorations April “Anything Goes” challenge is still live and you still have time to join in the fun!!!

Here is an inspirational card share to get your creative ideas going:

I used the Ephemeral Edges collage paper as my card background and then created a cluster of embellishments into the middle as a focal point. For that I used the STAMPlorations New Day clear stickers, some more Ephemeral Edges collage paper and green burlap, stickers, paper flowers and chipboard embellishments as well as some half pearls in different sizes. I also drew some faux stitching around the edges with a black pen.

The Ephemeral Edges paper is really great – it works as card backgrounds, for ATCs, in journals and tags. I just love this design!

Just in case you want to order some paper goods, here is a discount code for you to use:

Now it is your turn – remember to follow the quidelines and rules and you can win some cool prizes!!

Have fun!

STAMPlorations April Anything Goes Challenge

Hello everyone! It´s again time to share the STAMPlorations April “Anything Goes” challenge with you!

For this months challenge I´ve created a card using the Ephemera Edges Collage paper as my card background paper. On top of that I´ve added plenty of stenciling thru various STAMPlorations stencils from my line there ( Lattice, Leaves 2, Clustered Hearts and Tapestry). On top of the stenciled ink layers I´ve also added a light pink texture paste layer thru one more stencil (Leaves 1).

The sentiments are “Hey Sunshine” clear stickers from the STAMPlorations collection and I´ve matted them onto inked paper strips to make them stand out more from the background. The flowers are hand drawn from my 100 day project back in 2024 (watch the video here).

As always, you can use my discount code for your puchases at the STAMPlorations store:

I hope you join in with us on this months challenge! You can read about how to play along over here and the challenge rules are listed here. Happy crafting and see you at STAMPlorations challenges!!!

New ATC spring projects – STAMPlorations

Hello everyone! STAMPlorations has some gorgeous new ATC fronts out. I´ve created some cards with the new ATCs:

I started by creating gelli prints with ARTplorations stencils “Molecules”, “Evolution” and “Art Flowers 2” and my Gelli Arts gel plate. I used those collage papers as card backgrounds.

For the first card I created a cluster with Ephemeral Edges collage paper, a Retro Femme ATC and some green burlap. For additional decor I used white half pearls and STAMPlorations clear stickers.

The second card also has a gelli printed collage paper background and a stamped sentiment (Hello You stamp set). As a centerpiece I used the gorgeous Whimsical Homes ATC card. Decorated with small white half pearls on each edge.

For the last card I´ve used another gelli printed collage paper as a background. As a centerpiece a Color Me Spring ATC butterfly card. I´ve also added a strip of Ephemeral Edges collage paper to the ATC and some clear stickers. As a decor element, again some white half pearls here and there. I also added some stamping to the collage paper with Distress Oxide Inks and Art Marks 3 stamp set.

I loved creating cards with these ATCs! They are sturdy 325 gr paper, so you could use them various purposes. And the designs and colors are just dreamy!!

Like always, you can use my discount code at the store:

Happy crafting, shopping and happy Spring!!!!

STAMPlorations – March challenge reminder with a stenciled uplifting card

Just a quick heads up for you guys, that there is still time to joint the STAMPlorations “Anything Goes March challenge“!

As an inspirational project, I´ve created a card using the Shine Bright stamp set to create the light bulbs. I´ve also created the background using a STAMPlorations stencil – however they are not quite yet available for purchase.

I first added some yellow and orange Distress Oxide Ink thru the stencil onto the white cards background. Next I stamped the light bulbs with black ink onto an orange paper and then added some details with metallic gel pens to them.

Onto the background I then stamped some hearts with black ink. The sentiment is from the same stamp set, too.

I hope you join us and play along & also get inspired by my take. Please make sure to play by the rules (listed here). And have fun!!

Happy creating,
xx, Sanna
