Hello and happy Monday! While I was creating the Trifecta cards which I posted yesterday, I just could not stop at 3 cards. So I made one more :).
Pretty much the same techniques here like on the cards shared yesterday, but in different colours and I used a STAMPlorations clear sticker for the sentiment as well as for creating the heart patterns.
I just inked a piece of paper in pink, then adhered the newspaper clear stickers on top and then fussy cut hearts out of that piece. Easy & FUN!
Hope your Monday was okay and not too stressful! xxx, Sanna
Hello and happy Wednesday! Today´ s share is a quick and easy-to-do card. I have been taking a little pause from the blog because of a) I had a flue and b) I had been organizing my crafty space. But today I´ m stopping by to share something I created from found scraps and old bits + a new stamped image.
I spent two days just organizing my area and boy did I find lots of product I had totally forgotten I even had!!! And the clean-up was LONG DUE! I found this leftover piece of a stencil print and it was so cute I could not throw it away. So I did a birthday card instead!
In the middle I have a Sue Smith stamp (by Elizabeth Craft Designs) that I stamped with black ink and then fussy cut and adhered on place with 3D-foam pieces. Some old (who remembers these still?) rhinestone swirls for decor and the card was done!
I really like the simplicity of this card. Hope your day was a good one!! See you soon again – I might have a few more destash-cards to share the next days :).
Hello and happy mid week! I hope your week is going along fine? I have another clean and simple card share for today. I´ve again used some of the Klartext stamps (by Dani Peuss) on this card.
This time I combined the stamps with Nuvo Shimmer Powders and white embossing powder to create the centerpiece for my card. On the background I´ve got some lovely P13 papers and a tiny hedgehog from my older stash, combined with yet another heat embossed, stamped sentiment from another Klartext stamp set (see supply list for details).
I really like how the shimmer powder background makes the sentiment piece pop! And it makes for a perfect thank you-card for a dear friend too. You might be wondering, why I jump from totally crazy, mixed media frenzy to cards and projects like these? Well, it is just what I am. For different areas of crafting I just seem to prefer different types of styles. Sometimes it´s more clean and simple (but I still manage to add some mixed media here and there) and sometimes it´s just crazy colours, junk and media. That is just what I am and what I like.
I hope this card inspires you to play with your stamp sets and create a card or two! Have a wonderful, creative weekend! xxx, Sanna
