Red, white and pink

Hello lovelies and happy Thursday! Today I am stopping by to share a few more Christmas cards with you.

I have used some papers from my DT time at Studio Tekturek for these cards.

It was good to use some leftover stash up and create these red, white and pink toned cards.

The design is very simple, yet fun. I basically just layered papers and journaling cards on top of each other and added some fussy cut words and Liquid Pearls and Stickles here and there.

Maybe just a few more cards for Christmas and then I am done with this years cards. Hope I could inspire you abit with these again.

See you soon again, until then, take care!

Frohe Weihnachten

Hallo and happy Monday! Today I am sharing yet another Christmas card with you.

This time I used the snowflakes that were left over from my previous cards and placed them on a piece of red lace ribbon. For the background I used the Vicki Boutin Warm Wishes paper collection again.

I attached the stamped Merry Christmas sentiment (stamped with a Klartext stamp) onto the snowflake with a small red brad. On the other snowflakes I used liquid pearls in the center.

I really like this polka dot paper very much. And the white snowflake die cuts add a nice freshness to the card.

Thanks for stopping by today! Take care,

Snowflake cards

Hello and happy Saturday! Here is another set of Christmas card I did the other day. Here I again used Elizabeth Craft Designs dies to create the white banner piece into the middle.

Inside the snowflake I used either holographic or golden cardstock and added a brad from my older stash as a focal point. The ribbons are also from my older stash. Good to use up older product again.

The stamping is done with Klartext stamps and the papers are from Mintay Paper Sweetest Christmas collection and Vicki Boutin´ s Warm Wishes collection.

It is so easy to make a few cards using the same basic idea, but by changing the colours and paper styles the design results several different type of cards so easily.

I hope I could inspire you a little with these simple-to-do cards!
Take care,

Sweetest Christmas

Hello and happy Friday! This card is sweet indeed :). I am using the Mintay papers that I have used past two years already, on this card again.

This might just be one of my fave Christmas paper collections. And there is so much product in the collection that it has lasted such a long time :). In combination to the papers I just added some red cardstock and blue ribbon from my own stash.

And the base is a kraft cardstock card base. This one will go to someone who loves something cute.

Wishing you a fabulous weekend!

Christmas tree cards

Hello and happy Thursday! Today´ s cards are done using a Elizabeth Craft Designs die cut dies as a starting point.

I first die cut the tree with a tree die cut die and then used a rectangular stitched die to create the white focal point area. I matted the die cut tree area with a recycled Christmas present tag piece and adhered everything on a blue patterned paper and added the Klartext stamped sentiment.

For the second card I used the same dies and added a piece of shiny / holographic paper underneath. Then I added a scalloped frame and a Klartext stamped sentiment onto the card. The background paper is from the Vicki Boutin Warm Wishes collection. On top of the holographic paper I added some liquid pearls in red – you can see them better in the second photo :). It is quite hard to take a photo of this type of paper…

I am really enjoying recycling bits from last year (yes, I save lots of things for later…) and reusing them on new cards. I mean, why not?

This is all for today. See you again tomorrow!
