Postcard SWAP – Canvas Corp Brands

Hello lovelies, I really enjoy art exchanges and was happy that the Canvas Corp Brands design team organized a postcard SWAP. Barb Housner was so kind to take over the organizational part, we only needed to create a postcard and send it to our swap partner.

This is what I made:
Sanna LippertSince we were supposed to send a real postcard (which means putting it into NO envelope!!!) I was a bit scared if I created a bulky mixed media style card it would not survive in the mail. Therefore I came up with a one layer card and still added quite a lot of media. And while I was at it, I created a set, because it was fun to see how different color combinations would look out :).

And I even created a Video on the process. It is very short and quite simple to do, but just in case you would like to try the technique yourself, here´s the video:

and here are closeups of the last two cards:

I received a lovely card from my DT colleague in Greece – thank you Kyriakos :)!!! Well, actually there were two he sent me, later he sent me another one which GLOWS in the dark!!! How amazing is that!!! And some sand and sea shells from Greece. See for Details here and here

Now hop over to the Canvas Corp Brands blog to see what everyone created and leave my colleagues a message on their blog – we all love to read your comments!!! 🙂 🙂

Happy crafting,
xxx, Sanna
