Nasty look AJ page

Hello lovelies! Today I´m stopping by to share another art journal page with you. For this one I´ve used plenty of stencils, because I love them :).

I started by pressing the Peacock feathers stencil (painted with green Distress paint) onto the page twice. That created the lovely negative image of my stencil design pattern. Next I grabbed the Molecules stencil and applied some blue Distress Paint thru it directly onto the background. I was not very specific about getting a perfect pattern. I was just playing.

Then I let the background dry and applied yellow spray ink and the washi tapes. I also misted one Dina Wakley tissue paper red and adhered that onto place with matte medium. Then I added some more stenciling (red leaves pattern) again using a Distress Paint. For finishing touches I grabbed a gelli printed piece where I had added a residue green tinted paint thru a stencil onto and fussy cut 2 little circles. I inked around the edges and adhered them on place.

To finish off the page I stamped a Dyan Reaveley sentiment onto an old book paper, fussy cut that and adhered it on place. And then just added a few droplets of red and black ink.

I really like how this turned out! And creating it was so much fun!!
Hope your day is a good one,
xxx, Sanna
