Hello everyone and happy Friday! Today I am sharing yet another stash busting Christmas card with you. It is again very flat in design, so it will be easy to put into mail.
All papers are again from my Jolly Christmas mix & match paper pad from my DT time back at Canvas Corp Brands. In addition to the papers I´ ve added some red rhinestore stars and a few translucent Nuvo Jewel Drops for texture. It is a very simple card, but there are people in my circle, who love nothing more than a simple Xmas card :).
I hope your weekend will be great! I have some painting to do (not craft wise, but rather walls ;-)…). I´ m helping my son redecorate his room, so we will be busy, busy, busy this weekend.
Hello and happy Tuesday! Today I am stopping by for another Christmas card share. This time made with old product from my stash and some Canvas Corp Brands Christmas papers.
How I did this card? Here is a hint 🙂 :
I pierced holes into the precut glitter Christmas tree with my Tim Holtz piercing (craft) tool, then I just added very old Basic Grey brads to create “baubles” for the tree. That´ s all! A Canvas Corp background paper to go with their sentiment paper strip and the card was done.
Such an easy way to a) recycle bits and b) reduce older stash and the tree looks kind of cute in the end with the different coloured baubles on it.
This will be a fun card to put into mail to someone special this year! Wishing you a good day, xxx, Sanna
Happy Sunday, lovelies!! How about another set of Christmas cards today? For this set of six I again used the fun Jolly Christmas Mix and Match paper pad by Canvas Corp Brands. Here you can see the finished cards:
The All Wrapped Up Reverse paper was just screaming for some coloring :). So I colored. I used blue, red and green Glimmer Mist tones and a water tank paint brush for coloring. Then I added some green and red burlap on top with a stamped, fussy cut sentiment.
For decoration I just added a few felt ornaments and/or some chipboard buttons from my older stash. The stamps I used are again by STAMPlorations.
I really like this set very much – it is fun, playful and bright even though there is quite a lot of black on in there too. This was the collection my handmade cards this year. I hope you have enjoyed reading thru all these posts. Wishing you and your loved ones a very happy Holiday Season!!!
Happy Thursday everyone!!! Time for my next set of Christmas cards! For this set I used the Jolly Christmas Mix and Match pad. It has everything you need packed in one neat set! I especially liked the Candy Canes and the Jolly Christmas on White images. They are perfect for coloring…and coloring actually is very much in trend at the moment.
Finally I just outlined the patterned paper with a black pen, added some black Glimmer Glaze droplets for additional detail and treated some parts of the colored images with Crackle Accents. These cards were really easy to create too, thanks to the nice mix and match paper pad.
