Baby cards

Hello and happy Wednesday! Today I am sharing a set of simple, but colorful, baby cards I recently created.

I´ ve used a retired rainbow die by Elizabeth Craft Designs to create the rainbows and the clouds. Other than that, the stamps I used are by Klartext.

I also incorporated bits from my older stash to these cards, like the stickers and rub-ons.

For decoration on the clouds I added some Nuvo Glitter Drops in blue and pink.

Here and there I also used older Stampin´ Up! stamps to add to the Klartext stamped sentiment.

This is all for today. I hope your day has been a good one! I have plenty of crafty projects to share the next days too, so be sure to come back for more later this week :).

Take care,

#finishedinfeb – Card Set 7

Hello and happy Monday! Today I´m again stopping by to share yet another set of cards, created with my #finishedinfeb product stash for a challenge, called to life by Donna. For all of the card that I´ve created for this challenge, I´ve used a pre-selected product stash and tried to keep almost solely to that stash.

So far that plan has worked out pretty well! For these cards I used some of the journaling cards in my pre-selected stash, then added the patterned papers on the back and some stamping with the stamps from the product pack. Very clean and simpe again, but works really well, because of the patterned paper on the background.

They too, were in the pack. One paper pack is by Carta Bella and the other one is by Studio Calico. Both perfect small sizes for cardmaking. And the go SUCH A LONG WAY!!! I really like the tropical feel of these birthday cards :).

So there is still at least one set to go for sure. And I still have a couple of days! I cannot imagine how many it´s already been this month! Awesome! I´ve really enjoyed doing this challenge and I´ve notices that PLANNED STRUCTURE really makes me create even more. So I am for sure going to challenge myself more often in the future!

Wishing you all a great week!

Congratulations card

Hello everyone! I´ve still got one more card created with the residues of the card I shared yesterday.

On this card, instead of using texture/modeling paste with a stencil on the background, I used a embossing folder to create a pattern. Similar look, different technique.

Other that that it´s the exactly same idea and product. So if you missed yeterday´s video, go here, to see it. Just instead of applying paste, run a piece of white cardstock thru your die cutting machine with an embossing folder.

I am not a great coloring person. I think it´s because I don´t have the patience to color layers and shadows and shading. So I do this type of coloring. And it´s ok for me :). So if you are a really talented colorer (is that a word?), feel free to do some amazing coloring work on the flowers. I bet they´d look amazing that way too. I didn´t do it, because I can´t :). That simple.

Wishing you a fabulous, creative day!

Christmas card set III – The Wild Hare Kits

Hello lovelies and happy Saturday!!! Today I´m sharing my final set of Christmas cards, created with the Wild Hare Kits December kit.

For this set I´ve used mainly the patterned papers from my December kit: Pink Paislee Together For Christmas, Crate Paper Snowflake and Heidi Swapp Winter Wonderland collections.

For this card I arranged both the Pink Paislee and the Heidi Swapp paper onto the background, then added a few stirps of the Heidi Swapp collection washi tape and finished the card off with a piece of Crate Paper collection paper, adhered on place with 3D foam.

For the second card I used the beautiful patterned paper from the Crate Paper collection and added a stickers from the same collection sticker sheet on top and finished the card off with faux stitching.

And for the last card I used one of the Pink Paislee collection papers on the background, then added a focal point from the Crate Paper collection paper into the middle with 3D foam and decorated it with a piece of ribbon.

That´s all for today. Tomorrow I´ll be sharing another layout, created with my December kit. So if you want to see it, do stop by :)!

Happy crafting,

More Christmas cards – The Wild Hare Kits

Hello lovelies and happy Friday!!! Today I´m again sharing another set of Christmas cards that I created using my The Wild Hare Kits December kit.

Here is what I did:

I kept my cards very clean and simple for a change! And I love how they turned out, even though I just used a few things on them!

For this card I again used the beautiful stickers from the Crate Paper Snowflake collection and added some stamping with the stamp set from the same collection. Easy, fun and simple!

For the second card I used the Crate Paper Snowflake collection ephemera pieces and a few stickers from the Snowflake sticker sheet. Just adhered everything on place, added the faux stitching and the card was done! Soooo easy!

And for the last card in this set I did the same like on the previous one. I love that little snowman image, it´s sooo cute!

So that´s it for today. There is one more set of cards coming up tomorrow, so if you want to see them, do stop by! And then there are still two more layouts coming up, before I´ll share my monthly kit wrap up on the 31st!

Happy crafting!
