Sweet Baby – Tonic Studios

Hello everyone and happy Thursday! Today I´m stopping by to share a baby card in green tones.

For this card I used the Tonic Studios Garden Gate Layering Die Set with some papers from my older stash. I chose a selection of different green tones, an organza ribbon and some Stampin´ Up! stamps as well as chipboard baby shoes by Wycinanka. For decoration I added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze with Nuvo Crystal Could Circles Pure Sheen Confetti and Bottle Green Nuvo Crystal Drops.

For die cutting I used the Garden Gate die cut dies and cut them both from green and white paper and layered them on top of each other.

It was fun to create a monochromatic card for a change and this was just warming up – be sure to come back tomorrow for another fun “welcome baby”-themed card! See you then!

Baby boy card

Hello everyone and Happy Monday! Today I´m sharing a sweet baby boy card here on my blog. This one is very clean and simple in style and created using just a few elements.

The little clouds were die cut with a Sizzix cloud die from my stash from back in 2005!! The little elephants were stamped on light blue paper with black stamp ink, then fussy cut. Also the die cut letters are by Sizzix and go back to the time when I started scrapbooking.

Quite proud of myself for digging out some oldies but goodies for this card. The Elephants are by Close To My Heart, by the way.

Some of the clouds got a layer of Distress Ink on them, and also did the elephans. The polka dot paper is from my older stash, but I love it to pieces, therefore I have probably been saving it for so long :). Everything is adhered on place with either paper glue or 3D foam pads. Very simple and easy!

Wishing you a great week and happy crafting,
xxx, Sanna
