#finishedinfeb – final set of cards

Hello and happy Sunday! Today I´m sharing my very final set of cards, created for the #finishedinfeb challenge with my pre-selected stash of product.

Here is the last set of two cards:

For the very last card (the one on the right) I cheated just a tag and used embossing powder instead of stamp ink and also added a tiny bit of embossing enamel to the background. I tried very hard to use only the products chosen, but by the last card I just could not resist adding that tiny touch of mixed media look.

And now to what is left!! I used up all the washi tape, all heart stickers, all puffy stickers and all premade tags. I have only 3 pieces of PL cards left, a few banners (mostly because my StazOn dried up and I could not stamp the shiny surface with a regular stamp ink, otherwise I would have used them more). AND I used almost all of the Studio Calico paper – only 3 sheets of paper left in the end. What´s left is plenty of the Carta Bella paper, because there is quite much inside such a paper pack. It´s amazing that his tiny pack of product produced a total of 25 cards in one month!!! Here is what I am left with after this challenge:

When I started this challenge, I figured I´d do maybe 5-6 cards and look where I am now! 25 clean and simple cards done in one month with this tiny product stash (see photo below)!

I am pretty proud of myself and would like to say a big thank you to Donna for bringing this challenge to life! I have enjoyed doing it and noticed that I work really well, when I set myself daily challenges/goals. This will for sure not be my last challenge to myself. I have had a great time doing it! Done good stash busting, filled my card box up and enjoyed every minute of it.

Hope you enjoyed seeing these posts and watch me do CAS cards!!! Let´s see what I do next. I think I need a new challenge :).

Wishing you all a fabulous Sunday and a good start into March! Only approximately two weeks to go and we have been dealing with Covid for a WHOLE YEAR now. A full year! And who knows how long this will continue.. how are you guys doing? I am slowly but surely turning into a grumpy person ;-). I think I´ve just reached that point of emotional scale that grumpyness is my fave option. Trying to be cheerful and positive is not on my list anymore ;-). I just wish there would be something positive to look forward to, that might lift the spirits. But when there is no visible end to a situation, how do you keep positive?

Anyways, thank goodness there is crafting. I´d go nuts without it! Hoping you guys are coping better!!
xxx, Sanna
