Hello everyone and happy Friday! I´m stopping by today to share another art journal page with you guys. For this one I used one of my favorite techniques.

I first created a crazy, colorful background with various paints, spray inks and daubers. I basically added layers after layers and even added a neon dauber thru a stencil. When everything was dry, I just drew black flowers onto the page, doodled them to add more detail and then painted the “open” areas in between with a grey Posca pen.

For finishing touches I added a qoute that says: “To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow”. Love that quote!

The flowers, of course, are not real ones, just very imaginary. I cannot draw real flowers, I´m more the abstract, imaginative type of drawer :). But I love how this page turned out.
