Hello everyone and happy Sunday! Today I´m stopping by to share one more set of Christmas cards, this time again, created with Christmas papers by Mintay Papers.
For this set, like on the previous ones, I used only little additional decoration. Just some ribbon or a tiny resin snowman and a cute doily. I didn´t want to cover the beautiful papers too much, as they are very pretty on their own.
I´ve also again added some Nuvo Drops here and there onto the cards for additional sparkle, but that is pretty much all I did. I just adore these papers so much on their own :).
Wishing you a lovely Sunday and hope I could inspire you a little today. Happy crafting, xxx, Sanna
Hello and happy Saturday! Today I´m sharing yet another set of Christmas cards, this time in clean & simple style. I these might just be some of my very faves from this years „production“.
Such easy cards to make, actually, as I had this gorgeous Tonic Studios golden embossed paper on my desk. It is perfect for the holiday season. And as addition to the paper I added s white Elizabeth Craft Designs snowlake (a die cut die set by them) on top. After that I just stamped a Christmas sentiment in Baked Brown Sugar tone and fussy cut the banner.
One card has no additional decor and the other one has a yellow resin star in the middle. I love how these look! So elegant and simple at the same time. Note to self, I need to get more this type of papers from Tonic UK ;-).
Wishing you a great Saturday!! Hope your day is lovely whatever you a doing! xxx, Sanna
Hello and happy Friday lovelies!!! Today´s post is again about Christmas cards. No surprise there, right? Well, I make plenty every year, so I will share those mostly during December every year, so hope you can still handle a few more Christmas card related posts. Not long now anyways, as Christmas is soon here.
These cards are again done using the absolutely adorable Christmas paper collection by Mintay Papers. It´s a collection from last year, but I have still papers left, so I´m using them all up. And I love how they look! So, so, so pretty!!
I´ve added some brown Distress Ink around the edges to the card on the left. It creates such a nice vintage look to the papers! on the right card, there is some Nuvo Key Lime clear drops on the lights. It adds a nice dimension. Other than that, the sentiment is stamped with Elizabeth Craft Designs Winter Sentiments. Some Nuvo glitter drops here and there and that is basically it.
I hope you like today´s card share and I hope to have inspired you today. Happy crafting, xxx, Sanna
Hello and happy Thursday! Today I´m sharing a set of easy to do Christmas cards you just need a few minutes for.
Just grab a piece of leftover paper, some Nuvo Embellishment Mousse a stencil and a blending brush of some kind. Then apply the mousse with the brush thru the stencil onto the leftover piece of paper. Let dry.
Now outline the pattern with a white gel pen for a fun detail and the adhere the paper onto a card base. Add either a stamped sentiment, some embellishments like the Rudolf on my card, some ribbon and/or fussy cut Christmas themed decor. That´s it! Really fast and easy. And the mousse also adds a really nice shine to the card, when it´s tilted (see above photo).
And these too are not too thick to be put into an envelope and mailed to a loved one.
Hello and happy Wednesday! Today I´m sharing a set of birthday cards with you. There are again done using very old Basic Grey papers. I´m still stash busting, as you can see.
I´ve just pretty much layered the papers and the chipboards on top of each other and added a stamped sentiment. Stamp is by Elizabeth Craft Designs, by the way.
I still have a few pieces of this paper left, but I´ve basically busted one block of 12×12 paper so far from this collection, so I´m very proud of myself. So today, it´s basically „wordless Wednesday“ as there is not much I can say to these cards :). Hope you like them, tho :).
Happy crafting, xxx, Sanna
