Hello and happy November!!! New month means a new Stencil Challenge and here is my take for the November Stencil Challenge reveal at STAMPlorations.
This card is made using a white card base on which I mounted a misted, stenciled old book paper. For misting I used various Dylusions sprays with one of my new stencil designs, called Abstract Prehistoric Life.
After mounting the dried book paper onto the card base, I just added very little decoration. The Panda bear figure and a hooray sticker from my older stash. I love the look, it´s like the panda bear is in the middle of colorful leaves.
Now is your turn to play with stencils and submit your projects here. Please don´t forget to follow the rules if you want to be in for the win ;-). All rules and even more inspiration can be found at the STAMPlorations blog. Also throughout the month of November, if you order at the STAMPlorations store for a total of USD 10,- (total after discounts and before shipping), you get to choose an in-stock item at the store with a value up to USD 7,- for free. How cool is that offer?
Also, like always, do take advantage of my discount code at the store:
That´s it for today. I hope you will take advantage of this fabulous offer and also join the November challenges! Cannot wait to see what you create for them :).
Happy crafting, xxx, Sanna
Supplies (I again tried to find you alternative suggestions to replace the older product):
Hello and happy Thursday! It´s again „Studio Tekturek-day“ on my blog today. Have you been following their social media sites recently? If not, there are great news – their STORE IS NOW ONLINE. So if you have been waiting to be able to shop some Studio Tekturek goodness, go to: shop.studiotekturek.com!!
So if you, for example, like the Strawberry Shake collection that I´ve used on the above layout, you now can do so. Also, new customers get a discount of 15% for their first order!!! How cool is that!!?
The papers and stickers are all from the Strawberry Shake collection and I love the versatility of this collection so much. It´s so perfect for everyday scrapbooking! The other products I´ve used are either from my own (older) stash (Wycinanka chipboard and Technique Tuesday stamps) or from other manufacturers, like Bramblefox.
I´ve again recorded a start-to-finish video (partly spoken, partly fast-forward). I hope the video inspires you and gets you scrapping yourself!! I´ll be back with another scrapbook layout and video on the 29th of November. See you then again!
Wishing you a fabulous day and happy scrappy moments! xxx, Sanna
Hello and happy Friday and welcome to the 5th day of STAMPlorations belated Birthday Celebration. Today we again have a ton of inspiration prepared for you showcasing the fabulous product STAMPlorations has to offer. Also, if you stop by the DT girls blogs and leave comments, create a project and link up our STAMP stash photo, you can win some awesome prizes!
For this card I chose a colour I don´t use that often: purple. I wanted to use this particular color for this type of theme, because I think it works well. The idea of this card is pretty similar to the one shared yesterday, but it still looks very different because of the color choices.
I used purple and light pink Distress Ink tones and matted the stenciled white cardstock piece on dark purple cardstock. I really, really adore this Flair stencil and the stamp used here is again a new one from the Bloomfully 4×4 stamp series at STAMPlorations.
Now hop over to the Day 5 post at STAMPlorations blog. There are plenty of prizes for grabs and a linky party going on. Also be sure to create a celebrations themed project and link it up! Lovelies, come and comment and link and play along!!! It´s a party week at STAMPlorations!!
All products in the store are 10% off instantly throughout October. PLUS if you use my design team discount code: STAMPGIRLSANNA upon checkout when ordering, you will get this not-yet-released stencil called „Just Plaid“ for free!!
I hope you have enjoyed the STAMPlorations birthday celebration throughout the week and gotten inspired to play with stamps and stencils. I´m keeping my thumbs up for you on the prizes :)!
It´s such a joy and honour to be able to be part of the STAMPlorations family. Let´s keep this small family business going strong by supporting them :). That way there can be many, many more birthday celebrations to come! Happy 7th STAMPlorations and Shery!!! Wishing you lots of company birthdays to come!
Such a good reminder for the end of the week, right? Happy Friday and remember to start moving towards your dreams, bit by bit, even if they are just baby steps you take per day. When you look back a year later, you will be proud of yourself!
I know I am. I have „grown“ so much during the past year. I think it´s the age and all the trouble I´ve been thru. I´ve slowly developed a „be kind, but take no sh..“-attitude. I am feeling so much better because of it. And no, I have not changed into an angry old lady, no, I am just setting boundaries!
Here is a card for today:
It´s pretty easy to create, but still pops, if you know what I mean? It´s the glitter and the purple I think. A great combo. I used a STAMPlorations stencil (slimline) for this card and Nuvo green glitter paste. I love that stuff :).
The flower is mounted on white cardstock, because of it´s see-thru-nature. That way it stands out better. And the stamped sentiment is from a STAMPlorations stamp set.
Next week will be exciting! The STAMPlorations belated 7th birthday week is coming up so be sure to follow it. Plenty of fun and also prizes to be won :).
