Choose to shine!

Hello and happy Thursday! Today I´m sharing my second card project for the new paper goods STAMPlorations reveal with the Carpe Diem Ephemera Tiles set. Are you ready for some more reveal goodness?

This time I did a shaker card. I “hid” the Carpe Diem tiles behind the confetti and the patterned paper “windows”. When the confetti moves around, you are able to read all the tile texts. A fun card to send to someone who loves confetti and shaker cards :).

After die-cutting the circles and adhering the acetate on place with the confetti and tiles underneath, I then decorated the card with some punched butterflies to add even more texture and interest to the card. Next I inked a white cardstock piece with Distress Ink in orange and added a STAMPlorations clear sticker on top. A button for decor and the card was done. The confetti, by the way, is by Tonic Studios (Nuvo).

It has been so much fun using these tiles on card projects. I still have two bonus cards to share, but that will have to wait until next week. So make sure you come back next week for a bit more Ephemera tile fun.

Have a great day and see you soon!

You got this!

Hello and happy Wednesday! Today I´m stopping by to share a card with you which I created using some of the brand new STAMPlorations paper goods. This is a new ephemera tiles set called: Carpe Diem.

For this card I´ve used a piece of yellow paper and added some stenciling with a STAMPlorations stencil (you can only see tiny bits of it here and there on the background). After that I fussy cut the Carpe Diem ephemera tiles into separate squares and arranged with onto the yellow paper and adhered them on place. For a stitched look I also added some faux stitching with a black pen.

For final decor I used some Clear Stickers from STAMPlorations and plenty of red buttons from my button stash. These tiles are very much fun to work with. You can add them in stripes or sets to a card or add all at once, like I did here. OR how about adding just one for a focal point of your art project? There are so many possibilities with these tiles.

I hope I could inspire you to create a fun project with the tiles yourself! I have a few more done, so make sure to follow my blog for more :). See you soon! Have a great day, xxx, Sanna

Soar high

Hello and happy Sunday! Today I´m stopping by to share another Bloom Cutups ATC card, done with STAMPlorations new paper goods product. I´ve shared a card yesterday and this is another one done with the same paper goods product line.

There is a total of 14 new products in this product category at the STAMPLorations store and more will be added bit by bit. So stay tuned for more awesome paper goods in the future.

For this card I used the same products like on my previous cards from yesterday: Art Marks #3 stamp set, New Day clear stickers, Art Marks #1 border die and the Bloom Cutups ATC paper goods. This time I used a gelli printed DIY background as a base and added the stamping, the border die a well as the Bloom Cutup and the sentiment on top. So this card is again full-on mixed media crazy :). Just the way I like it!

Also do stop by the STAMPlorations blog for more inspiration project shares around the new peper goods collection as well as the store to getyourself some of your own :)!

Wishing you all a lovely day and happy crafting,
xxx, Sanna

Live your dreams

Hello and happy Saturday! STAMPlorations recently added new paper goods to their product selection and I got to play with the Bloom Cutups ATC Ephemera. So today I´m sharing a set of cards done with that product.

There are card fronts, colorables, and ephemera — all created for artsy crafters to play with and create fab projects. They’re some of the most gorgeous designs professionally printed on 120# (325 gsm) matte white cardstock. There are 14 new products in this category as of today, and more will be added and featured in the future. But today´s post is all about Bloom Cutups ATC. Here is what I did with them:

I used the Art Borders #1 in combination with the Bloom Cutups ATC paper goods and the Art Marks stamp set number 3 to create the card.

I took a piece of yellow cardstock and stamped random patterns with the Art Marks 3 stamp set (with black stamp ink) onto the background. Next I added a die cut border with the Art Borders #1 die using green cardstock. Then I adhered the Bloom Cutups ATC piece as my focal point to the card and I finished the card off with a New Day Clear Sticker and a button with some twine.

I really like how the flowers on the Bloom Cutups ATC piece really stand out. The immediaately bring the whole card alive. And you could totally also fussy cut them and add them to your project on their own.

I´ll share another take tomorrow. Be sure to stop by for that!
Happy crafting,
xxx, Sanna
