Here we go again.. – Studio Tekturek

Hello everyone and happy Saturday!!! How come it´s already end of August?? Where did this month go? Eek..soon the school starts again and fall is here. It´s been a strange summer for sure. But on the positive side, my mojo is back and I feel better again. Not so drained anymore. And today I´m also sharing my first DT project, created using the gorgeous Studio Tekturek Strawberry Shake collection.

Here is the crazy layout I created with the happy and bright summer collection:

There is a story behind these silly photos… These were taken by me in March while at the hospital (during guarantine, I might add!). A day after my cruciate surgery I was all alone in a 3-bed-room and bored. Also, I might have been unter the influence of painkillers still and I took these photos :).

I found that they work so well with this sugar sweet collection that I made them the focal point of this layout. I´ve used plenty of Strawberry Shake papers, stickers and alphas on this layout. Only the spray ink, stamping, acrylic embellishments are not from the collection, but from my own stash.

I´ve recorded a start-to-finish video to go with this layout, so you get a better idea of each an every step. Hope you like the video and get inspired!!

And if you fall in love with this colorful collection, do contact your local scrapbook store and ask them to stock up some Studio Tekturek at their store ;-). I´ll be posting a tutorial on the 29th of every month during my DT term, so if you liked what you saw, do come back for more next month!!

Wishing you a fabulous weekend and happy scrapping!

You can count on me – layout

Hello everyone and happy Monday! It´s again time to share another scrapbook layout tutorial with you today, created with Studio Forty product. I´ve again used the Moonchild collection and various clear stamps, word stickers and transparent stickers from the Studio Forty product range on this layout. Additionally I´ve created fun background details and colored some stamped images with Neocolor II watersoluble was crayons. I had so much fun creating this page!!! Here is my finished layout:

And here are some close-up photos:

I´ve used the Moonchild collection “I´m a dreamer” & “Spirit of nature” clear stamp sets to stamp the dreamcatchers for the layout. For coloring I used the previosly mentioned Neocolor II watersoluble crayons. They work really well even with the regular white cardstock and the water tank brush!! And the colors worked so well together with the beautiful Moonchild collection papers.

For more details about the layout and the product, also see the blog post over at the Studio Forty blog. If you are interested on the product I´ve used on this page, see the end of this blog post for a full material list with direct links. If a product is not available/linkable, then I always try to add a similar alternative to the link list.

This collection has inspired me so much that I´ve created a second video tutorial for you guys to watch. I hope you enjoy it and get inspired to scrap some yourself!!! Here is the video:

Now be sure to hop over to the Studio Forty blog for even more inspiration – my design team colleagues have created beautiful projects that you should definitely take a look at too! Stay tuned for more tutorial posts next month!! See you then!

Happy scrapping,
xxx, Sanna
