Kartenset mit “Neujahr” Papierkollektion – Dani Peuss

Hallo ihr Lieben! Heute unterbreche ich meine täglichen Mixed Media Postings mit 3 Karten in Clean und Simpel-Stil, die ich mit den Dani Peuss A4-Papieren aus dem “Neujahr”-Kollektion gestaltet habe.

Ich finde sowohl die Farben als auch die Designs so genial, weil sie sie vielseitig einsetzbar sind!! Hier zum Beispiel habe ich 3 Karten gestaltet, die genau die Selbe Idee habe, jedoch durch die Papier- und Stempelwahl immer etwas Anders aussehen.

Bei der ersten Karte habe ich das Sternenpapier mit dem Klartext-Stempelset Nr. 1434 “Alltagsmagie” verwendet. Diese Karte könnte gut als Geburtstagskarte für einen Jungen gehen. Die “Glossy Dots”, wie ich sie nenne, habe ich übrigens mit den Dina Wakley Gloss Sprays gemacht. So kann man total einfach DIY Enamel/Gloss Dots kreieren. Sie haben einen schönen Glanz, aber sind nicht zu erhaben, und so ist es ein Leichtes, die Karte auf dem Postweg zu senden. Es ist ja ziemlich kompliziert (bzw. sehr teuer) geworden erhabene Karten mit der Post zu versende – zumindest hier in Österreich. Da bin ich immer froh, wenn ich Porto sparen kann :).

Für die Karte Nummer 2 habe ich genau die gleichen Produkte verwendet, nur die Gloss Spray-Farbe ist ein anderer und ich habe aus den Stempelsets einfach andere Sprüche ausgesucht. Den zweiten Stempelset gibt es leider nicht mehr im Sortiment, ich habe ihn einfach aus meinem Klartext-Stempel-Fundus geholt. Der stammt aus dem Jahr 2014. Man könnte aber einen anderen Spruch zu den Alltagsmomente-Sprüchen dazu stempeln. Es gibt ja genügend Auswahl im Shop.

Ich mag “Woodgrain” und Türkis wirklich sehr gerne und dieses Papier ist einfach ein Traum. Und übrigens, die Slimline-Kartenrohlinge sind genau so breit wie das A4-Papier -> leichter geht es ja eigentlich gar nicht, oder? Ich habe die Papiere etwas kleiner geschnitten, dami noch etwas Rand vom Kartenrohling sichtbar bleibt. Das ist aber, wie alles andere auch, einfach eine Geschmackssache.

Die Karten Nr. 3 ist ebenso mit den gleichen Produkten gestaltet worden. Dieser Wasserfarben-Ombre-Effekt auf dem Papier ist wirklich sowas von schön! Am Liebsten würde ich ja alle diese Papiere einfach einrahmen und je nach Lust und Laune auf der Wand auswechseln. Hello and Happy Thursday! I hope you haven´t already had enough of my stash-busting cards? This particular one I really, really like. I think it´s the colours maybe. I again used the Truly Grateful Pink Paislee 2×2 paper pads for the background and created this quilt type of pattern with them.

And it´s so funny how all these patterns work together so well. Maybe because the colours go well together.

This, too, was such an easy card to make. Just arranging and adhering the small papers onto the card base, then adding a really, really old Crate Paper Bike Chipboard piece as a focal point and a stamped sentiment on blue cardstock to go with it. The manufacturer of these stamps is Klartext. You can find them here.

Birthday cards

Hello and happy Friday! My stash busting self-challenge is still going strong. I recently found some older Basic Grey papers in my stash and made it to my goald to use them up. As a result I now have a nice set of birthday cards in my card box again.

a total of 5 card – how cool is that!!

I just basically layered the chipboard elements, some rub-ons here and there and the patterned papers onto the card bases. For finishing touches I added some with Elizabeth Craft Designs stamps stamped sentiments. That´s it!

And I love the colours! Perfect for those born in fall :). I am wishing you a fabulous weekend, even though the pandemic numbers keep on rising. Trying to stay positive despite the circumstances.

Party! card

Hello lovelies! I am still on my stash busting journey and I made this easy-to-do card with some older product from my stash. I combined two of my faves – Sassafras product and stenciling.

So here is a fun card for a birthday party and/or invitation. This one is really very simple to do. Just place a stencil onto the card base, add two tones of Distress Ink thru it and then decorate with stickers, buttons and sticker alphas! And you can even add some Nuvo Drops for additional fun, if you want. That´s it!

I have piles and piles of stickers I still want to use up – also pleeeenty of buttons in my stash. So it´s good to use one or two here and there! And that monster is perfect for a childrens party theme, right?

Cheers (way to go) – The Wild Hare Kits

Hello everyone and happy Monday! I´m dropping by today to share a stamped card with you. I´ve made this card with the Dear Lizzy She´s Magic stamp set from my The Wild Hare Kits January kit.

So for this card I only used white cardstock and the stamp set. I stamped the image with the flower stamp first using red and green ink with the leaf and petal pattern and next stamping on top with black stamp ink and the outline flower stamp that was in the set.

For finishing touches I added some Nuvo Drop details here and there. The drops were not in the kit, but are from my own stash. I really like how this card turned out and the fact, that it is so flat -> I can easily put it into an envelope and send it on it´s way.
