I combined the almanac page with some 7gypsies bits and bobs and papers to continue the vintage look of the original almanac page. So basically I just added papers and elements.

Hello and happy Saturday morning! Today I am stoping by to share another page from my Daily Art Practice journal:
For this one I kept the original page in one piece and added it on top of a newspaper page on which I had added some Dina Wakley paint and some Posca x´ s. I also added a mirror cardstock piece next to the almanac page which I had embossed and die cut with a Tim Holtz die cut die and then inked with alcohol inks. The word unique is also added to the page and is from an alpha sticker page.
Hope your Saturday morning turns out to be great with some fab coffee/tea and a good breakfast and some lovely music. And then some crafting maybe?

Hello and happy Monday! Today´ s page share from my Daily Art Practice Journal is here:
This is a very tiny additional piece to the journal (in the size of the original almanac page). I added a newspaper piece and the words “though of the day” to the page with some image cut outs from the same newspaper. I did not do much on this one – just wanted to add something meaningful to the journal.

Hello and happy Tuesday! Today I am sharing the next page from my Daily Art Practice Journal:
This page I for some reason really like. It turned out the way I imagined and the colours really go well together too. I used paper scraps from my stah, some white gesso on top and some Neocolors and Posca pens as well as a Paper doll by Tim Holtz.
It´ s funny how some days are a struggle and others are just so very easy and fun to make!

I found this one particularly hard to do. The small bits of buildings on the almanac page made it really hard to add anything to them (for me!). So I tried to create a similar background and just add a fun quote sticker to go with it all + a Tim Holtz paper doll.
