Hello and happy Thursday! Today I´m stopping by to share one more mixed media card with you. I again did the background using Gelli Arts gelli plate with my stencil designs.

I first did the pattern with the gel plate and a stencil design of mine using red acrylic paint on white paper. For the next step I took orange toned Distress Ink and inked the white areas with it. It´s a nicer contrast for the eye and the strong red/white tones.

For the flower and petals I used a STAMPlorations stamp set on a residue piece of that gelli printed paper and stamped the images with black ink. For finishing touches I added a clear sticker (also by STAMPlorations) and a red button into the middle of the flower. The card is still flat enough to fit into an envelope :).
