Freedom – MMCC June challenge, Vol. 2

Hello there and happy Monday!! Time to share some more Mixed Media Card Challenge blog inspiration again. For this months challenge you need to create a COLLAGE and as an optional element you can add a FRAME. Just click the above picture to get to the challenge page for more information.

This is the second card I created:

I again used bits and pieces of paper, washi tape, ribbon and border stickers, added layers of ink/stamping and/or stenciled paste over the areas and then used my Big Shot to die cut some butterflies from those paper pieces. Finally I added some enamel dots for additional decoration and my card was done.

Then I went along and painted a watercolor background with a Tattered Angels (patina) Glimmer Mist onto the card base, added some rubber stamp images (stamps by Finnabair) and sentiments. After that I just glued the butterflies down onto the card base and cut the residues off.

I will be sharing some more cards I created for this challenge later on this month and I hope you will come back to take a look ;-).

Have fun creating,
xxx, Sanna
