Hi there, remember how I promised to share a masculine birthday card a while back? Well, here it is! Made with the fabulous Vino & Ale collection papers by Canvas Corp Brands. This is such a fun collection – I have had such a great time creating with this one :).

Here is what I used: Frosty Mugs on Ivory Reverse, On Tap on Ivory, Kraft Cardstock, Burlap, Golden Clothespins, Sugar Maple Glimmer Mist, Banana Pudding Chalkboard Mist.

I first folded a piece of kraft cardstock into a card base, then cut the Frosted Mugs paper into a right size and added a slightly smaller burlap piece to that.

Next I fussy cut a beer mug out of the On Tap on Ivory paper and used a paint brush with the Sugar Maple Glimmer Mist to color in the lower part of the mug. For the foam I used the Banana Pudding Chalkboard Mist tone, but you could use any other lighter tone here too. I know the Banana Pudding is not in the collection anymore.

After coloring the mug in I added some 3D foam on the back.

After that I glued all the papers and the mug image on their places over each other, stamped a “celebrate” sentiment on kraft cardstock with a black ink. I then cut the sentiment into a  banner form and adhered it to the mug with a golden clothespin. That´s all!

Such a fast and easy card to make and will for sure make a beer lover happy :). You could even add a gift card inside the card for a recipients favorite beer garden to go with the card :).
