Artist Trading Coin set

Hello and happy Sunday!! It´s again time to share the STAMPlorations Mixed Media challenge reveal projects with you. I created a set of artist trading coins again. Today´s coins feature flowers – I used the Maggie Holmes Flourish paper as my focal point on the coins. It was one of the papers that came with my The Wild Hare Kits January GDT kit. Still got some papers left from the kit :).

Here are the coins I created:

I´ve first die cut the coins with a Tonic Studios circle die, then wiped some of my Glass Bead and Glitter Gel that was mixed together with Mirroball Nuvo Glitter (residue paste from a previous project) and applied onto the background thru my stencil line stencil “Barley”.

Next I´ve misted the coins with Tattered Angels Verdigris Glimmer Mist – I adore this color! And then I´ve just added some adhesive ribbon (very old stash), some glass drops, some fussy cut roses from the previously mentioned Maggie Holmes paper line. For decoration I also added some older stickers and some fussy cut sentiment bits from Crate Paper “Here+There” collection – also leftover bits from The Wild Hare Kits January GDT kit.

Here is a close-up of one of the coins. I also sneaked in some Nuvo Drops alongside the ribbon. You can see those better in this photo.

Really like how these coins turned out!!! Now it´s again your turn to play along – hop over to the STAMPlorations blog to take a look what my design team colleagues created for this challenge and then submit your project. Remember to play by the rules (they are noted at the blog in the rules section). Cannot wait to see what you come up with for April´s challenge!! See you at STAMPlorations blog!

And as always, I´m putting my discount code here, just in case you get into the mood to buy some product from the store. By applying “STAMPGIRLSANNA” upon checkout you are eligble for 20% off your order!!! Enjoy!!

Happy crafting,
xxx, Sanna
