Hello there! Today I´m sharing the fifth altered Christmas tree bauble with you:
As with the previous ones, I started by adding a layer of white gesso with a paint brush over the decoupage bauble surface.
Next I used a paper glue and adhered yellow twine (by Whisker Graphics) and a piece of light blue lace ribbon over the bauble surface. I stopped around the middle and left the bottom part free of any decoration.
Next I place the bauble into a cardboard box and misted it with the Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist tone Marmalade. I added several layers of misting and always let one layer dry properly before adding another one.
After the Glimmer Mist was dry, I added some Stickles glitter glue over the area that used to be the light blue lace/ribbon. After that I adhered some half pearls around the middle for additional detail and the ornament was done.
Now there is only one more left – make sure to come back in two days time to take a look :).
Happy crafting,
xxx, Sanna
